How to get started first? It didn't happen to me, at least not yet so far especially when I am neither attached nor married. I wouldn't want to start a lifestyle habit only to unleash the monster in her or even myself, and this lifestyle is as such that one cannot simply turn away after having lived in it. I am sure there are couples whose relationship improved greatly with the introduction of swinging into theirs but very sure much more got screwed up instead.

I shudder at the thoughts of my gf/wife doing behind my back when I do not agree to any additional or new swinging sessions. Imagine your gf/wife getting more satisfied sexually by other men and over time, you are no longer good enough for her.
