I think its more a person to person based... It's like whether you overwork your body or numb your senses... In short, some healthy and fit guys can do it many times but some with weak constitution cannot even do it....
Just don't overdo it, else it might numb your sensation in a long term....

If this continue and too frequent, u may have weak kidney, cold hands and feet, and may cause PE too.....

very bad for your health for sure, 1 week once 4 times p/m is still ok, if pcc 3-5 times per week then better stop doing it :o
