(b) if caught on street, record erase from computer after 2 years

this apply even though she kena 10 finger prints, 8 photos, sign statement, visa kena cancel, visa kena chop canle on passport, passport kena confiscate by ica & rtn to her only at airport, kena serve letter declaring her as undisarable person under Sect (?)

so after 3 years, she can apply new passport in her country (real person, no need change particulars), apply visa (if need) & come back to Singapore

so no worry.
