although the 白卡 allows her 2 stay on in sg, but she was asked 2 leave after a mth.
she only got 2 stay here 4 abt 3 mths, but i had paid 4 her 6 mths singer wp in full up front.

Yup, can't be a nice ppl or hero in this kind of things.

A gal asked me if any agent could help. Intro both parties to talk themselves face to face (me not getting anything from it). The gal paid the init pay around $1~2k, but later found sth wrong with the shop... The gal wanted refund... The gal blamed me and the agent wanted to borrow $$$ from me to return her. Big NO NO -- 4 mths before this, a mgr in the night scene borrow $2k for urgent cash flow and returned within 2 mths.

End up, till now, almost 1 yr, only got back $500. Saw him a few times, just got the word "Sorry" and also asked me to spend at the shop he worked.

Ppl like us knowing what kind of biz they doing, should be smarter. Soft heart will just hurt ourselves.


Btw, heard some practice for subsequent payment, weekly, and if not paid wp will be revoked. If shop owner changing, new owner will ask the existing owner to revoke all passes. Agent fee gone is one thing, but the gal can only come back after 1 yr unless getting 2-yrs wp.

It's quite a "bloody" line.

but if it goes thru a new 1, then it would become X + Y.
in other words, u need 2 pay more 4 the same thing.
not 4getting the other additional misc cost & issues.
