Let say one of my friend got addicted to sex, how to cure? Anyone got any clue?

I think everyone here on this board is suffering from sex addiction but with different degrees.

Those who must get their fixed of fucking a different woman everyday should be on one end.

The other end is those guys who has commercial sex with a different woman(not spouse or gf) occasionaly (once a month).

Sadly, you can't really do much about it if you do not have the will power.

Anyway lets just say you have willpower:

1.) Do not login to sammyboy or other local forums which shares sex FR. Cos this just makes your imagination run wild. And it will spoil your plan to contain your sex addiction. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FORUMS.

2.) Exercise or take up in sports. This could be a double edge sword. Some people do this strenuous activities and are too tired to fuck. But others will head to Tui na to massage their sore joints and in the process they will engage in commercial sex. So it really depends.

3.)If you do not have a girlfriend. Then get one and be faithful to her and only her.

4.) KEEP AWAY FROM IRC. Alot of empty temptations there. But at the end of the day you would just be wasting your time cos there are absolutely no chance you can hook up a hot chick. This would just make you sexually frustrated and you need to find someone to fuck. Which leads you to get commercial sex.

5.) KEEP AWAY FROM PORNO SITES. Sure you argue you could jerk off to them and keep away from commercial sex. But it does not.

6.) This is a little extreme. Throw away your computer. Why? Because the computer is where it all begins. It connects you to the World wide smut known as the internet. I do not have the figures but i am sure the rise of sexual addiction could be attributed to the increase in the number of people owning computer with internet connections.

Regular weight training makes your balls release more hormones into the rest of the body and you know what increased hormones can do to you.Sure you will be totally shacked out,but once you have recovered sufficiently,hor say liao! I can attest to that.

I'm just guessing. But I think a person's occupation may have contribute to sex addiction. Perhaps those whose job involves creating fantasies, illusion, art and entertainment are more prone. Perhaps advertising, media, marketing and PR folks are at greater risk?

Here's a technique that has worked for me in the past. If the craving for sex is a result of boredom, go buy a bar of your favourite chocolate. The act of hunting for chocolate will work off some of the sexual energy. Eating the chocolate will give you a similar satisfaction as ejaculation.

If the urge is a result of hunger, (Yes, when you're hungry, you can get horny) eat some oily meat like steak or chicken chop. You won't feel so horny after fatty food.

Prob u can ask abt those chemical castration medication from your docs...like what is being used to treat sex offenders in the US/UK etc...not sure if there is any long term effect or whether it is available though

Ok, jokes aside, your friend needs to know what drives him when it comes to sex. Solve that question and the solution will come naturally.

Worst case give him the scare of his life (ie. getting caught by AV the press, relatives or getting some VD etc). Alternatively keep him so busy that he has no time to go looking for it.

I think better not, becos when I am tied down with projects and other work. The very day when I get to finally rest, either my Manager will want me to accompany him to Joyful or....... my muscleaches does the calling.
