I think maybe all that hype about SuZhou and Hangzhou back dated leow lah, I'm most likely to be wrong, as I've not been to Su Zhou or Hang Zhou... however it was because of recent events at the university here that led me to this conclusion.

The university started its recruitment drive for PRC students 2 weeks ago, sorta like get them here for the summer and start English classes for them before university term starts in September. Anyway, like any normal hot blooded male, I volunteered to help out with the recruitment session.

Took a trip to ?? few days ago. Visited few places and should say it's very romantic if you are able to jio the BUs to come here with you. If you are interested to visit this place I would strongly recommend to take at least 3 days 2 nights, to venture maybe 50% of the scenaries (which should cover the common attraction tracks).

The night action are mostly at ???, I was at this PUB call ???where they have very beautiful ladies at the basement disco. The 3rd floor has singers perform on the center stage where you can sit aound the small stage and have a close up view. They sing whole night with dancers and some are quite young and chio. I think if you don't mind to relax with loud musics this is a nice place to hang out.

If youreally like the singers or the dancers you can buy then flower (cost 100 each). WIth the flowers they are allowed to go on the stage anytime to perform. If you would like to perform for the crowds you have to buy flower for yourselves.

One KNNBCCB thing is that the pubs along the street are not taking any kind of credit cards, so bring enough cash with you. The ATM downstairs and across the streets are not taking International Credit Card cash withdrawal, neither the Chinese 5 stars hotels. I am not sure about International 5 stars though.

You will have fun here if you are not a miser. The average spending include the flower (maybe you will buy 5 to 6, the lady will company you most of the time if she likes you) will be less than a 1000. The front row small table need consumables of 200, the big tables 480. So do the maths.

If the ladies really treat you as friends they will allow you to take photo, so please please please take your camera with you, but don't be a cheapskate don't pay and want to take photo. You do that you don't know what will happen. :eek:

The ladies will not follow you home by default, you have to spend some time talking to them if you are not so rich and handsome. After 1am the singers will stop performing and you can ask them to company you to the disco downstairs. It's very fun as they have this non-fixed-jump-on-top-vibrate dancing floor (no idea how should I call that).

Had whole night of fun and head back to the hotel with good memories.

Been around for the last 10 years and I found that HZ gals usually more conservative and passive. With a few right words and moves, they are yours for the picking.
Pretty ones are around if you look carefully. Try roaming the shopping malls along Yan An Road or pay a visit to the bank and you will see them. Better still, find them from the Uni.
I actually sat in for a MBA lecture and was chatting up with a few. They were impressed when the Prof. asked something and I answered in Mandarin mixed with English.
Around the Westlake, on weekends, drop by starbucks and you will find the open to western living ones.
In many hotels, there are a lot of beauties working in their joints.
With 3 months stationed in HZ, you are in heaven if you know where to look. They tends to stick to you like glue once they like you.
Love the way they got angry and tried to make an arguement. Their language makes them sounded like having a pillow talk.

Close of Renovations : The Infamous LA Bar , disco section( JinBiHuiHuang) close of reno, re-open in 6 mths time. bros who still have bottles kept there, no worries, the establishment will honor the wine card..... hmmmm maybe cause I got special privilege.... don know, anyway can try when they open again in Feb 2006.

KTV section, 6th floor KTV closing for reno, by mid Sept, opening 4/5th for KTV, 7th floor is still VIP section ( Bro Dumbass, next time go 7th floor la,,,)

The entire 6th floor will be converted into Disco/Lounge and god knows what...

Std round tables, MUST be there in person by 9-9.30pm ( EVERYDAY hor... weekend earlier ), else no seats. This place is still the most Ya-Ya joint till date, but lately i begin to notice that the crowd is starting to thin out? New place have opened? hmmm.... don know .

SOS : Daily from 8pm- 5am ( Yup, 5am )

Rule of Thumb: First half ( 9pm-12am ) , second half ( 12am -5am) this does not mean that you must leave by 12am if you come early just that most patrons who come at 9pm would e drunk by 12am and leave, thus first/second half crowd.

Gals: Most chio bus you see after 1-2am ( working gals from KTV/ massage places etc) Sianz power applies here but so far I have very limited luck, these gals come here to pick up handsome man, cause earlier in the night they were picked by man,...... so sad I don have the Tom cruise looks so...... sigh.

Other gals: Be careful , some are "pure" FLs , on the prowl . Others are SYTs looking for fun but cant afford to spend the $$$$.

Nan Shan Lu: New place called MIXER , chinese: Mi Cheng ( lost city) There are 2 parts to mixer, the one closest to Channel 9 is Mixer I, behind Mixer I is MixerII. Not yet packed to the brim, i am guessing cause just opened and hidden behind MixerI. Some FLs spotted, me targeting the Asst manager there... figure not very good but oh so slim and silky white skin,,,,,,, Or maybe I had too much that night? Anyway, still have liquor there so will check it out and revert.

Other joints: Channel 9/ Absoulte House/ Polar XXXX Ji Di ( old joints but have their regular crowds ( Uni students mostly)

Further down the road; Next to KTV called "Di Hao" , new joint called "Park" , the locals calls "Pa-kark" remember to seperate the 2, else no one will understand where you want to go. Trance music, FL action but think its from Di Hao KTV. Bad experience there so black list liao.


If all else fails, new pub " MAX" next to "Wushan guang chang" , located away from most pubs . have approx 20-30 gals there, employed by Mgt to entice you to drink. No tipping required!!!! Quality..... you know la.... no tips so lower your stds, drink more and wear shades. As for specials, again up to your sianzning powers...

If I am not mistaken, you can get the schedule from within the train station itself. If not able to find one, they are also sold on the train itself by the stewardess. If all else fails, visit the business/travel centre in your hotel for a copy. They def have one.

My suggestion: If you coming to HZ alone and for 1 night only + looking for "bang bang" at night, then aim for FLs or KTV gals. Don waste your time with pubs , besides FLs and KTV gals can also accompany you to drink and club if you want.

Soffitel Hotel, stone throw away from Nan Shan Lu.

As for FL prices... this really varies man. Not like GZ or SZ. Std asking price would be between RMB 1000-1500. Same price as KTV "Ta Bao" gals. Have heard of those that are willing to commit to RMB 500-600 as well.
Never tried the FLs here, either KTV or get lucky.

Another hotel you can try is Hyatt, West Lake. BabyFace is just next door. Pimps prowling that area in the night though not sure if Hyatt is girl friendly or not.

Just back from HZ 2 day 1 night biz trip.

Was staying at Huang Long Fan Dian at Shu Guang Lu. Got to pay 48 RMB per day to use the internet. But it just could not get my laptop connected to the network.

Arrive from SZ at noon and scout ard the area. Went to check out the MP but find price is kinda high as compared to SZ.

Roam ard and see a hair saloon. Was invited in by 3 ladies which are in their 30s.

I did a foot and body massage and HJ(while massaging their boobs) for 90 RMB.

Next went to Xi Hu and tour around (was amazed by the view although it's winter).

And when night fall, a lot of pimps out there asking you to visit their club.

I was hesitated to go at first but curiousity beats everything and I went to a Club called "Jia Zhou Hong". It's a black shop man!!!!

Was intro to a girl who say she is pre-school teacher. She keep going out and order the ladies drink, while I was just drinking green tea. I sensed something was wrong and say I wanna leave but she called in the mummy and was asking me to stay longer while they keep ordering ladies drink.

I was damm pissed off and and they kind of sense it. In the end they brought in the bill which comes out to RMB 1700...... :eek: and all I drank was green tea....the ladies drink is RMB 168 each and they have drank up to 8 glasses.

Actually I don't mind paying it but what pissed me off it they took a whole hour to bill me and while the gers keep ordering the drinks. Furthermore no action from the ger, simply siam when I try to touch her and she and her mummy still got the cheek to ask for 300RMB each.

Anyway was kinda of upset and disappointed with the city. But i do admit the view is great!!!:cool:

It was a bad trip because I came back broke and unsextified......guess I should have stick to MP if I have to go back there again...........

Hangzhou is so foggy tonight that one can hardly see a thing on the streets. I'm living here temporarily until the end of February. Went out alone last weekend to SOS and got lucky. Not bad. Have not tried the KTVs though, and wonder where the super-hot babes in Hangzhou are.

I heard Superstar re-opened on Tuesday after renovation. Actually it wasn't really opened yet when it stopped business for renovation, so Tuesday's opening was supposed to be official. Haven't been there, but heard business not good.

I've been to Qian2 Gui4 (Is it called Party World?) but not to Haoledi, and do not understand how "liang fan" works.

I went to Hei1gen1 bar and Traveller's over the weekend and it was indeed quite good. It's a relatively good place to pick up girls.

Hopefully Superstar will have more girls like you said. I'm a little tired of SOS, so it will be a good alternative.

A cute korean girl at Traveller's Bar (旅行者in Chinese I think) was very eager to drink with me but her nosey friend said, "sorry she's drunk" and that pissed her off and she stormed away. Could have at least got something out of it.

My personal recommendation for a great place to stay is Hyatt, West Lake. Location is just besides Xihu. think the road is DongPo Lu/PingHai Lu. Me not sure as normally takes taxi to get there.

If you want to stay close to Xihu, there is a 3-star that's quite economical and clean. It's called Dongpo Hotel 东坡宾馆 on Dongpo road. It's right by 湖滨, and opposite the famous restaurant 知味观。Room rates are around 180-250 RMB for a standard. Remember to bargain. I am here in Hangzhou now, arriving yesterday afternoon. I have been checking out this thread and have the impression that this is not a happening place based on the FRs.

Once I touch down, checked with the driver about happening places, he replied mainly bath houses and ktv but expenses for the latter is quite high. He suggested that he know of good ktvs which he can negotiate with them to offer package, eg 3,500rmb with room and drinks. I thought wah quite pricey but anyway try to keep my options open, so took down his number and told him will book him to bring us around 2 days later.....

Meanwhile, I had my options on my sleeves. Before the trip, I had been tcss with a few HZ girls on skype and 1 or 2 have agreed to meet up at HZ. In fact met up with Jean last nite. She is 23 yo, 1.68m (good height), face 7/10, C-Cupper. She is very nice and friendly girl with a sweet smile. In my mind, thots about how to onzzz her at my hotel later was churning .... Besides, I also have other skype data to work on.. So we continued walking around West Lake for a while, then I send her home by cab. Day 1 not much action really. But let's see tonight how because our colleagues are meeting up for dinner, and the Taiwanese and Koreans sure have plans one, like they did in the past. I am quite busy during my stay in HZ because I have not finished preparing my presentation, so I was looking for quick fucks or overnight in my room, so my computer can be with me and I can work as and when I want. KTV and bath houses and massage maybe a bit too waste time.

So I went downstairs, knowing there are some OKTs lurking downstairs. I met this scholarly looking OKT, and he told me there are girls to view at a nearby hotel abt 5 mins walk, and can bring the girl back. So I followed him and asked alot of questions like how much, how many girls, etc. Then I went into this 金江大厦， took a lift, and realised that it's a ktv. I told the OKT I dun wanna sing song, just choose the girl and leave. He said ok.

So I was being ushered into a room, sat down, and then the OKT brought in a few girls. I chose one, and she started sitting beside me. At that instance, I say let's go. The girl ask me wait a while wait for mummy come back becos she must sign out. Then the waiter come in with fruits, hot tea, towel, etc.... I say dun want I wanna leave. The girl say wait for mummy to come and continue to tcss me.... I said I wanna leave. So she dropped the 1st bomb that to take her out, must pay 300 rmb + 200 rmb dunno what.... It is at this point that I realise that I kanna trap liao, like what some brudders here mentioned before. Immediately, I pick up the phone to call the OKT to question him, he give all sort of excuses like i shouldnt sit there blaa blaa... I hung up the phone, becos no use argue liao. I am in hot soup. I insist I want to go, and the next bomb came.... I must settle the drinks + tips for waiter..... I havent even sip one mouth of the tea......chow chee bye ! :mad: The bill came up to 3,800rmb and after discount, knock down to 3,400 rmb.

I took out my wallet show them I dun have so much. At this time, the girl also change attitude say I too petty la, can sign card la, etc. All in all, after I give them the remaining rmb and sing dollars, still owe them 2K! So after negotiation, they will follow me to the hotel to collect the balance. They assign a muscular looking guy to follw me back (the girl also follow). Before I go, a very big size man (she say the boss) came to thanks me and say that times are bad and business is no good .... Chee bye tell me for fuck ??!?!

When they followed me back, the bouncer still ask me for a tip !!! Fuck I say no money I only have some rmb. He just took it. I ask the girl is she coming back (seriously I dun want, just testing), but she said she will be back in 1 hour because need to pass the money back to ktv, what a load of crap!!!). It's already 2 hours now, and there's no sign of her.... Imagine spending close to 5K rmb viz almost SGD 1K. Can go GL150 a least 6 times.... :cool:

This is a very painful lesson. But I just want to stay out of trouble becos still have a few days here. So just pay and forget !

I told one of my colleagues, let's call him Alex, who came to the trip about my experience, so he is aware not to repeat the mistake I made.

Last night after the training, we went out for dinner and some shopping. The things to buy here are silk products and Long Jin Tea. After dinner, I went back to the hotel to do some work. 2 hours later, Alex called me to go over to his room. When I reached there, I saw 2 girls inside arguing about paying for massage, 出台费， and bonk.

The story is like this:
After dinner, Alex damn free so went downstairs for a walk. Again the OKTs lurking outside the hotel approached him and offered to bring him to massage la, ktv la, see dance show, etc .... Alex rejected the OKT, so he walked on. The OKT then suggested bringing the girl to the hotel lobby to show him, and if not satisfied, just pay taxi fare and let her go. Alex agreed. So when the girl came, he thought no bad for 300rmb overnight, so done deal. In the room, she started the massage full body, and about 20 minutes later, the girl made a phone call, and then another lady showed up, claiming that she is the mummy of the ger. She told Alex that it is regulation to give the mummy money to cover loss of business due to her girl go out. The mummy demanded 1,000 rmb from Alex, and for the bonk is 2,000 rmb.

That's where Alex called me, so I threatened to call the security and then heated argument took place. After a while, the 2 girls probably realised they were going nowhere so left.

My warning to brothers is to be careful with the OKTs lurking at night. They will con you to go to places that make you robert. Even the massages can be expensive with fruits, tea and drinks. Go with a local ....

For me, I happened to give a call to a former BS ger from FJ, and she happened to return from BJ, passing thru HZ to see a friend. So will be meeting her tonight ......

In HGH, you will need to spend some time in the pubs or shopping area to pick up. HGH is a place you need to spend time for a good bonk.
Nanshan lu is a good place for ONS pick up or any of the latest pick up joints in HGH.
Jin Bi Hui Huang is still their local delight so is Dong Fang Mei Li and Stargate. The OKTs and street walkers are not advisable.
Along WestLake or some of the places of interest, you could get to know some very nice gals. Just have to look at things from another angle. Go enjoy HGH and gals are secondary, you will be surprise with what you will find.

Ok. The sauna at overseas chinese (hua qiao) hotel next to hyatt provides full service. You need to take a looong walk from the lobby down a corridor and up some stairs, and it's a maze inside, half the time didn't know which door to take and has to be guided. The change and shower area is ok but not great and I didn't try the pools as they didn't look inviting. Went around 11+pm and it seemed there were no other customers. The manageress Fang Fang (?) brought 4 girls (2 from hz and 2 from sichuan) around 6.5-8 types. I chose one of the hz girls - prettiest among the 4 who later turned out to also have a great body (nice tummy, ass and legs). Well the rest is routine, nothing special to mention. Yes she insisted on the stupid gladwrap kind of plastic during BJ but used proper rubber later for FJ. She was sorta in a rush, so service wise it was a disappointment. Anyways the facilities are ok and the girls' looks are acceptable.

I was in Hangzhou in August 2007. I stayed at Redstar Culture Hotel. This was one of the best hotel I stayed in while I was travelling throughout China. It had one floor that was dedicated to massages! Everyone in my group got foot massage but I wanted a full massage so I requested a Thai massage. It was my first Thai massage. Alot of hard rubbing and stretching. I was bruised the next day, lol.

When I first entered the room, I sat down in the recliner. Then a young mei mei came in and asked me to strip. I strip down to my boxer. Then she started rubbing me on my legs and slowly up. personal advice to bro cheong hangzhou area is beware of " black shop KTV".
it use to be rampant 3-4 years ago. but it was clean up 2 years ago.
either you go to hotel KTV or recommend by bro here.

i use to stay in hangzhou regal hotel near downtown shopping street.
any OKT approached you in the street better skip them. opposite the hotel, there is a massage center operated under regal hotel, in the message center they provide tradional massage only but some gal can go room service. thereafter is up to u.

also need to eat the famous resturant up in xihu, you need to take taxi in otherwise you had to walk like 15-20 minutes. in the resturant you can see many VIP pictures dinning at the resturant. price not expensive, well depending what u order also.
recommended fish, xihu vinegar fish, xihu veg, dongpo meat. sorry i forget the name of the resturant, just ask the hotel staff, bet most will know.
