One of my friend (an engineer) actually sign up for a Property Agent course (to be train to be agent), just to get to know some pretty woman. After that, he work part-time for them to 2 mths and quit, but during the 2 months, he got to know a lot more chio agents and now he too busy to met us for kopi. Dating everyday.

He used to be a boring engineer with no life.
