try eating some "chong cao", tongkat ali, & stop pcc for the sake of your good performance in future. i think that is a reason good enough to do anything. Stay positive, get a gf & i think you will be fine.

I went to massage followed by jua gen, then the auntie noticed i got small balls... she said did i PCC alot, i replied yup. She shaked head and said young man you should do it less. I puzzled and asked her why? She said it's ok to PCC two or three times per week, if not very shan shen, also lessen my sperms; shooting out a mixture of water and worms when i'm high (who cares, i'm not making babies). i think in chinese medical point of view pcc is no good , i once watch a chinese medical documentry the doc commented that this old guy cant control his urine at night when he sleep is because of during young having too much sexual related activities causing the contraction or explanation of the urine pipe( i dont know what is it call ) to mul- function

I have different views... let say if you feel the urge now at home, want to save $$$, hate travel, PCC will be the wise choice, likewise during work or outside activities. For example during my NS, when i'm on duty at night, i PCC to fresh up myself. But if you have time, the money to spare, maybe you can head down for PRC, the choice is yours.

PCC: Save money, don't have to travel, can prevent chances of getting aids.
PRC: Someone to talk with, feel the real things, get service instead of self-service. :D
