Eating meat is fine but do moderate, fibre is also fine but over loading of fibre turns into Carbo. I reckon that TS is probably promoting meal replacement which will in turn help for dieting.

I weighed 85/86 waist 38 before i started my crash course 2 months ago and now i am stablised at 76/77 and now waist 34.

Circuit Training 2x a week
Swimming 1x a week

Sorry but pardon me. Firstly the so called "Consultants" arent qualified if I am not wrong as they are not certified and they are also networkers to actually believe my friends call them coach. I am not saying the product does not work but how can you gauge the Body Ageing compared to the Biological Ageing? By their mesurement? Which has no basis and by unqualified professional? There is a technology or theory in that which I agree, in all due respect I have friends on their products and seen results, however comparing to my regime, they failed terribly. There is never such things called "EFFORTLESS SLIMMING"

I say again I am not disputing their products dont work, but to think that by drinking those stuff and remaining the same lifestyle as status quo... Only a fool will believe that.

I know that there are such machines around just like "In-Body" but again, are these people Qualified to instruct anyone to take what qty and frequency?

They quote me this.. "You see in the market people selling chicken, then u saw there so many wild chicken around you, if you are smart people, you will just grab those wild chicken and sell it yourself"

I see many stupid souls that been brainwashed by them.. They gave me this illustration.. "You study degree spend 30 k but when you work you probably earn 1800 as starter... You take 3 - 4 years to complete your degree then you work another 2 years perhaps to earn 2500 per month.. Imagine that you invest that 30k in this business in 6 years perhaps you already earn at least 5 k per month.. " (they just want downline more so they can earn more.. work your ass hard for their profits)

To me, study is like your insurance.. in worst case, at least you still can find decent job... but without degree, if you fail in MLM, you are dead... Plus I dont think their illustration is correct.. If we can find great job with better career advancement.. definetely one day you can also earn 5 k per month.. KNS i really hate MLM... always brainwashed people.. If they are so good, why they still working in office during weekdays.. :mad::mad::mad:
