This is something I found out when I was chionging, I would go to the WL room all horny and fired up, Rubba here and there then take shower, but when they clean my dick with the normal soap, it turns very RED and I start to feel pain. No Sex, also got blood! From then on I need to use Johnson & Johnson soap or even feminine wash to clean my cock, or else I suffer like mad! I'm 29 now, when I was younger, no such problem.

Anyone else got this problem? How do you get by?

Did you experienced any pain in your kidney area? Can you relate any sex episode before this thing happened? Do not clean anymore on your private parts.

You could have a flat wart infection. I suggest you see a specialist.

You can do a test on your own by applying a 10% vinegar solution to the sore areas. If the skin turns white, then the cause of your sore dick is the HPV virus.

This may due to Abrasion. Penis Opening is sensitive. Get a Cleanser or Antiseptic to wash it clean. It will recover. Just make sure 2 weeks no active action to cause any more stress on the abrasion.
