For that kind of budget inclusive/accommodation and 4d3n, can forget about Japan,Korea,Taiwan and even China these days.

That leave you with Vietnam or Thailand to choose:D I choose Thailand

Given all ur choices most of them can't work out the budget u given! Korea japan with $1500? Prob cover air tickets and hotel only i think
