If I not wrong, there is one HC I went three years back in the central area. The HC girl told me that there were such cases happen before. The only LL, can't do anything. It the trust between the customer and HC girl. No such bouncer around. This is because all HC centre is cutting cost. If such thing happen, they also cannot make police report. :D
