Went to SY recently. The entrance is facing the big carpark & enter from backdoor at 2nd floor. It's a typical TN set-up with shower & wash room. The place is clean & come with new towers. Given boxer shorts, but din use, ie, in birthday suite.

Name: Jasmine. Claimed to be 28. From FuJian but already got PR. Claimed not PDMM.
Look: 7/10. Pleasant comfortable looking, sweet smile. Long hair & fair skin.
Body: Slim, about 1.65m, but A cup only.
Massage: 9/10. IMHO, one of the best massage I encountered in TN scene. Hard & firm... no nusance. Pressing at right accupoints & nerves. Head massage (ie, big one) was heaven. This shop English signboard "Unihan Therapy" but Chinese read as RouMei TuiNa.

Another shop of same blk beside 7-11 is YaYa Facial & Body Care. Some years back a brother did mention. it was bigger then. 2 hrs costs $70.
