You know, fate is always very cruel. her mum suddenly makes a transit here in Sg while on the way to Philippines for business. She saw the room her daughter lives in and the Singapore lifestyleand immediately demanded her daughter to go back to Vietnam next month. I guess she feels that they are a well to do family and theres no need for her daughter to live in such a condition in Sg and be subjected to such a lifestyle. Even though my gf lives in a condo, but if brothers have foreign students friends, they should know how untidy there are and more often then not, they turn the house/room they live in, into a pig sty.

The laptop was bought before her mum came to Sg. Before her mum came, her mum had promised to let her continue her studies in sg, hence, i went ahead with the purchasing of the laptop. But I guess TIAN YOU BU CHE ZHI FENG YUN. Her mum changed her mind upon seeing how her daughter is living in sg.

My gf is in BKK, but I'm still working in SG. How we survive this relationship?? I go to BKK once a mth. 1 mth takes 1 or 2 days leave, sometimes there r holidays in a mth. If shoe loves you, she will understand that you cannot do anything to sustain her or yourself for that matter, in Vietnam.

If she loves you, and even if she has to return to Vietnam, a long distance relationship can flourish as well. Regular trips, even over the weekend, her to Singapore and you to Vietnam. Believe me, it is cheaper than you trying to make a living there from nothing and no plan.

If you have an opportuinity to go to Vietnam or her to Singapore again in the future, who knows, you two can be together again. But for now, spend more time getting ready for that time to come.

My friend borrowed money to see his tirak in Thailand already kenna left, right centre by fellow bros (including me), but here you are not even borrowing!!!! You're, as you put in your blog, begging!!!!

I don't know... from my experience going to vietnam once in HCM in 1992, paint comes in plastic bags whereby you have to mixed yourself, people still using charcoal iron while in SG they are being bought as antique display items, etc...

If that is better lifestyle, I don't know why people are not flocking to rush to Vietnam to buy land, migrate there, etc.
