Not really sure if this is a right place to post but really need a place to vent:

Am currently working now part-time at a F&B outlet while taking night classes at a private college.

During my shift today, I was serving a bunch of PRC students who were presumably from NTU (They had their school singlets/jackets).

One of them was extremely rude to my colleague cos she mixed up their order so I stepped in cos my Singaporean manager was on smoking break. I went over to apologize but the fella just yelled at me and said all Singaporeans are dump fucks.

As I walked away, I was balling my fist with anger.... They started discussing among themselves on....

1. How stupid in general Singaporeans are and how they are superior to their Singaporean classmates
2. How our gahmen is giving them scholarships and why are Singaporeans so pissed off since they are talents choosing to come to Singapore instead of staying in Rising China....
3. Why the Govt is trying to tell us having a degree is pointless (While on the other hand bulk of immigrants with EPs have degress and there is virtually no cap).
4. How China is rising and they will obviously bail this country like how their seniors did during the SARS epidemic...(Many returned to China without having to serve their bond)

I was so pissed, I helped them "add ingredients" to their food later.... Tamade...stupid PRC fucks who come to our country like cockroaches....

And am even super pissed with my own gahmen telling me not to upgrade myself....I spend so much $ on my private uni for fuck...Still have to work part-time....Now you telling me its pointless....cheebye....

At the current challenging and also confusing times we should just find ways to get inspired or motivated in our studies and professions.... at least on par if not superior over our peers regardless they are FT or not.

Get ahead. No one's gonna help anyway so best be independent. Don't wait for someone or something to show us the way. It might not even suit us. So we find our way.

Regardless of academic levels; us local just have to fucking haul ass and start to pace along together since its a fact that scholarships are offered to foreigners.

No choice but got hope if we pick up our tails and pay our dues.

We just need to do our fucking utmost best and do more fucking well at it despite the current buzz that having a degree is same same so deemed by the masses as pointless. Commit to what the fuck we are doing.

See a pile of shit there up front? We should just avoid it altogether and steer to where the fuck we were going, our targets.

Be efficient and not stand at an arm's length and rant about the pile of shit.

Guys, dudes, you get inspired and motivated and fucking get ahead.

Don't let the current negativities dragged your pace, blurred his vision, made us upset.

You have come to the correct place mind friends, I presume many are homeboys. I code from an old friend.

FT is rejected by his country of origin so he travel into this good country. We are not perfect so we have lope holes to enter, I am not taking of pussy here. PRC is upgrading for the past 20 years not only in the 2 capitols also several parts that has been build up to an economic zone.

Other countries in such places the work selections process is tough, unlike we the most expensive city in the world. A distance phone call by a HR manager to an overseas applicant. She may ask does he smoke, he said no so he get the job. It goes with 2 years permit also chances of bringing GFs to apply PR.

TS should know, today employers with local employees will win more that's if his business is here. His FT colleagues usually will stay out of trouble because they are concern of terminate if he piss off his employer. Including stupid complaint like rude emails. I mean local should be brave, stand out and correct the issues, this generation customers are not always right.

Remember this for FT could never do this, we could bend the metal while it is hot. Good things don't last forever, next generation we have no idea WTF it is going to be.

first off, i would like to say that i'm proud to see that there are people like you, willing to do a part time job that isn't too glorious and support yourself while you do studies in a private college. i guess that having to slog it out yourself makes you feel angry when you see these prc people getting it easy and badmouthing us. guess what, the route that you take is different and when you climb step by step, the way it builds your personality and the experiences you gain are very different. as they say, the path is more important than the destination.

secondly, we don't have to get affected by every tom dick and harry who makes some stupid insensitive remarks. if some 16 year old ang beng started spouting vulgarities at you over small matters and challenge you to a fight, would you oblige? a smart person would just walk away, because that shows he's not even worth your time. it's the same case here. walk away and don't get affected - they're not even worth your emotions.

lastly, i think our government might not be the best at everything, and might not have on-the-ground experience in many areas, but i think they've been doing a pretty good job so far. while it seems that they might be taking good care or giving these foreigners extra benefits, i think any country's government is just doing this because they believe having them here would boost our country in some way. (and because we don't have any experience governing a country we definitely can't comment on that) when the time comes that they are no longer beneficial to our country they would just be kicked the fuck back to where they belong. it's that simple.

I have mixed with Chinese Mainlanders for many years, believe me, these Chinese Mainlanders (not 'majority' but 'all') are unable integrate into our local society till now. I am afraid the local Chinese still have lots of conflicts with the Mainlander Chinese. It is no hearsay and we can see for ourselves.

I have friends deal with Meet-the-People sessions, Chinese Clans, ICA, and etc. It seems like the Mainlander Chinese are very problematic. Our Gov't still absorb them because of Chinese ratio issue and securing the red-thunder votes in the coming GE,
