Hotel 81 Cosy - Secluded Town Area

Wondering if any of you have tried the H81 Cosy at Bukit Pasoh, Jiak Chuan Road, anyway trying to persuade my gf to go to hotel with me this friday, i havnt heard of this hotel until i surf h81 site, seems to be a hotel that is centralized yet not so open.

Anyone tried b4?

Their normal rates applies for transit. Its $10 cheaper than the Chinatown branch. Some rooms have huge mirrors

The rate is standard but I find the rooms smaller than other 81 branch...every room got poster of roses...17" flat TV but have to take remote from recept and return...the location is quite discreet though if you dont mind it located next to a brothel.

the rooms on the first floor are smaller than those above. 2nd to 5th floor rooms are nicer but more expensive. $30 for 2 hrs.

Icic, any other hotel around that region that is going for lower? I wanted to bonk my gf in there but she seems to have some slight hesitation over the idea of doing it in a hotel, anywhere else or any other more discreet hotel, baring in mind i do not drive.

The whole road of keong saik is full of hotels. Chinatown - $30/2hrs $60 per night. (Usually I take the 60 range as I on avg use it for 4-5hrs). Royal Peacock Hotel $62.50 for 5hrs (Transit). Hotel 1929 dun have transit - $110 per night. Tropical and The Inn is there too but have not tried it yet.

Rtiz Carlton is v centralized and discrete. Since she is ur gf, and u planning so hard for it, surprize her with the Ritz Carlton suite and bonked her facing the marina bay lah. Sure she agree one.

H81 Cosy is already the cheapest at $20/2 hrs in Chinatown area. Else there's one more hotel Harbour Ville at Kampong Bahru Rd near St Teresa Church (opp Keppel Distripark). Transit $30/2 hrs.

If you want more excitement, why not make out at Pearl's Hill City Park (the hill above the old CID)? Quite deserted at night if you don't mind the eeriness...

thanks for the myraid of replies, i tot one bro mentioned cosy to be $30 / 2 hours, i tried chinatown, pretty ex for sucha small room. One other i tried would be the one at mayo street, mayo hotel, opp sim lim tower, damn discreet tt one.

Personally, Hotel 81 Cosy is quite discreet liao mah...
I patronise it almost every weekend. The staff there is sometimes quite accomodating, I came out 10 mins late, no late charge i.e additonal $10.

If its Hotel 81 Chinatown, over 5 mins, get your wallets ready when you return your keys...

Bro, like that very headache leh. You started this thread to ask about H81 Cosy but your gf don't wish to go budget hotels. So H81, Fragrance and the likes are definitely out of the question. You want discrete yet not prepared to spend. One last suggestion from me will be Strand Hotel at Bencoolen. It's a decent tourist-class hotel that offers transit rate at $25/2 hrs. If you intend to stay overnight, you can book one of the special rooms that has bathroom with transparent glass wall at slightly over $100.

I always go Chinatown they never took a $20 deposit from me. Maybe I look more honest?

Its just $30 then extend, pay and go. But sometimes I see the price, $59 or $69 for 1 night. 30 for 2 hrs, then 2 more hrs $20 more, I rather just take for 1 night, after 4hrs rest a couple of hrs then go off.

i used go to Chancellor hotel along Joo Chiat...one thing good is becos they have a back entrance from an alley behind, so gal can go in discreetly and take the emergency staircase..hotel only three storeys high so she shouldn;t be out of breath after climbing steps for bed action...:D

The rooms at H81 Balestier, damn small man... N quite stinky... Was having minor renovation also, 1 mth back...

And I saw a suggestion for Strand hotel which costs more than 100$... I suggest gg to better hotels then. M hotel is good.. less than 150$, I remember.

Yes it's just $10 for life. No membership card issued, they just need to scan your IC for verification (discreet enough in case your gf or wifey has a habit of searching through your wallet).

Bro Jo31, why sweat over a few dollars. Its all relative. If you really like her then pay a little more and go to a better hotel. You spent much more going to a movie (drinks and junk food imcluded). The first time for a women is always important. If you impressed her she will remember you forever. Then the next time you won't be surprised she won't mind even its the back alley in Chinatown!

a Small hotel at Upper Weld Road, really concealed from the crowd and in its own quietness. great for bring girls

OK threadstarter, let me (a stingy cheapo) teach u how to impress/bonk ur gf at a 5-star hotel yet the rate is cheaper than Hotel81/Fragance. OK, this is what I always do :p

Bring ur gf to JB (New York Hotel or Pan Pacific Hotel) for shopping, makan, drink and bonk. The rate is about RM$150 (SG$70) per nite for a standard suite. I can get RM$100/nite coz I can use the corporate rate. The standard suites come with king size bed and bathtub. if u hv time, feel free to go for sauna (free) or swim. the room atmosphere is great and the service is a top notch.

YES, i'm planning for another trip with my err.... fling :D

Try Sunwell Hotel at Geylang...it is opposite the dont know what name commerical school, facing the main road. You can park your car behind and it is hidden from sight. Short time is $10 per hour or $20 for 2 hours. No deposit.
I like the place as the room is big and especially the glass partition for the bathroom with pictures of swan. You can actually lie on the bed and see the gal bath through the translucent glass...very stimulating. But on weekends and evenings, all the rooms can be fully booked.
