If for 3 and Open bottles, 500-700 just merely enough with some balance for tipping. unlikely enough to have "special" I think. SGD1,000 more reasonable.

If you have total around 700.. and want special plus fun in the room try the following:

Club Echo at JooChiat
bottle plus room last time i remember paying 250.
gals HJ in room 50
gals BBJ in room 80
gals FJ in room 100
so if lets say 3 people take FJ in room is about 300 plus 250 and 50 mummy tips only 600

IV,GS at JooChiat
room plus beer around 120
specials same price as Echo.
their FJ can choose to go to another unoccupied room hahahah.

other places with your budget i think can only cover liquer and mummy tips leh

Here's a little FR on my virgin KTV cheong with 3 of my bros..

Went to Spring Pub/Karaoke at Geylang lor 41 after thinking for quite sometime, becos we newbie mah.. The place quite ok la, got lounge and ktv rooms, we took room becos 1 of my bro knows the co-owner there. Room ok leh, quite spacious la, sofa oso not bad.. We ordered 2 bottles of Martell, cost ard 450sgd - 460sgd ( not sure cos my bro pay 1st )..

Then a not-so-nice and skinny waitress came in pour liqour for us.. "Holy shit.. dun tell me this one is one of the girls lor.. zzz" i tot to myself.. Hahaha, sorry la newbie dunno much.. Around 5 mins later our lives lightened up, the co-boss and one of his fren came in the room.. The fren took 2 PRC girls with him.. Ok la abit too mature for me la.. Straight after that, another boss came in with 4 girls, all viets.. Woo la la~ all my cells all alive again sia.. But sian de is a viet girl with supper big neh neh + low cut dress choose my bro, becos he pay 1st, with a 1ksgd note.. And she saw that i think.. ZZZ.. Nvm la, i got a not bad gem too.. Petite la, neh neh ok la can see half ball, nice smell and short skirts.. Her name ah ling or what la, sorry abit loud the music so i cant hear that clear la.. Overall a nice place la, but owners they all quite cb, keep bring ppl we dunno say intro us, then came in drink our Martell.. CB 2 bottles finished by 2-3 hrs time.. But girls not bad la.. 3/4 can perform well..

Room: Not bad la, spacious maybe we got big room?
Girls: Mine not bad la, got gf feeling sia, go home that time saw her outside still came to me hug hug then kiss my cheeks say byebye mus come again..
Service: Ok la hot towels + mineral water + 2 bowl of nuts.. Songs old but karaoke system not bad..
Return to Play: Maybe not so soon la i want to try out other place 1st.. And some FLs too.. =)
