Hi...
i was reading through some of the posts and i found that AV can raid hotel rooms. So jus wanted to know if i'm in a place like Hotel 81 , in a room along with a hooker when the AV raid, what should i do? What action can the AV take against me? Will it make a diff if i am PR or WP holder or EP holder?

In this situation, AV only need yr endorsement that the other party is in financial transaction with you, and yr ID will be recorded in case she wish to argue, your family members will not be contacted as long as you co-operate, i.e. if you say no and that she is yr girl friend bla...bla...bla... or try to out-smart them... then they will have fun with you...
overall, they are already instructed not to give us guys a hard time as long as we don't give them problem.

If narcotics dept go ok. They just look for suspects or check if you take drugs in the room. Just stay calm, wear your clothes, then make sure u and FL know each other's name. Say u and FL are frens.
This was my true experience :p That time FL let me have second round. Pumping it when the door knocked. KNN di di immediately went limb.

ya boy. although police have no right to do so, often they insist your wife n if not married, family members 2 collect u, not bail.
smart thing will be 2 tell them 2 fuck off becos they not charging u, they cant hold u or ask for u 2 post bail. but a bit difficult 2 tell these bullies that lah.

the onli time police will n hv the right to bring u back is when the gal is without legal travel document. overstayers for example. u will then face a holding charge of habouring an illegal immegrant/overstayer. in this case they may press charges against u n more den often u need to furnish a bailor b4 u can leave. non of the laws say tt ur gf or wife must come bail u. just any of ur frens, s'porean above age of 21, no bankrupt n hv income can bill u.

My boss panicked and begged for leniency, He LL kanna fucked by the AV officer and the gal brought to another room. When my boss asked if he can go, the officer told him that my boss' face showed that he is a seasoned fucker and better not to be caught again. My boss quickly go like speedy gonzales only to return to the HC to get the umbrella which he forgot to bring out just after he step out of the HC. Neber let them catch you with your pants down.

If your boss was fully clothed after the FJ and AV barged in, why need to panic ? Act cool and just show AV his IC. No need to be so guilty conscious !

I think we need to know our rights as a citizen. As long as we do not commit a crime, the AV cannot harrass or detain you. It is not a crime to make love to a woman in a hotel room. It does not matter whether she is your girlfriend or otherwise. The law did not say your girfriend cannot be a PRC woman. Even if the PRC woman is without valid travel documents, it is not easy for the AV to say you are harbouring her. To prove that, they need to show that you intentionally know she is an illegal immigrant and not report her.
The only exception is when you rent out your room to an illegal immigrant. Then u cannot claim ignorance. It is yr duty find out her status. Whereas in a hotel room it is not yr duty to find out the status of the woman you r having sex with.

something I forgot to add, he didn't pay the gal for the FJ only paid the entrance fee, nearly took the cash and pay, just only then, when the AV came in, he was sweating becos he was caught out of nowhere just before payment. So now he didn't go back to BHC. Becos neber pay $$, he also neber attempt to pay aftermath.

as long as both of you are still fully clothed then can make excuse, like you enjoy the environment there more. If its AV and they feeling nice that day, they will let you off. But if MOM then the gal die lor, because the work permit only allows her to work in the place of employment.
The groups that raid hotels there are AV, MOM and CNB. so see which group you get caught by. but if your face look like someone the officer would like to bash up, then 2 bad, they will give you trouble non stop. But then hor hotels like Hotel 81, Fragrance and other hotels they have a ruling, 1st and second floor is for the ST people. So if you dont want AV to trouble you and for peace of mind, take the rooms from 3rd floor onwards, you might need to pay the whole night charges but relatively safe from raids.

there is this time that my friend called me up from police station bail him, the story was he got caught doing fj at Youth HC with one of the gals, then the AV checked the gal's work permit card and search the room, saw the used condom beside his cigarette box and the best thing is the Marlboro was not from singapore also, think is those non-pay tax ones, instead the av called the nearest police post ... the gal gets into trouble for the condom and my friend got into his trouble for the illegal cigarette...

As I said earlier, it does not matter who your girlfriend is. As long as she has a legal reason to be in Singapore, you are not committing a crime. She can be a PDMM, PRC, work permit holder, a tourist, etc etc, the law dosen't care. You have every right to be their boyfriend.
