TCM- Reflexlogy Business Lobang

Hi,

Any kind hearted helpful brother any good lobang for TCM or reflexogy
takeover business.. I know there are many shop already.. but
I want to do those clean one ,, money very slow but hopefully
I can do slowly and small monies never mind

I see got small shop employ 2 worker but how come they can
have WP worker working i thot must employ many many people
than have 1 WP quotat,, so maybe takeover a small shop
and undersand the trade

I mean can i just open a small shop and employ foreigner ( WP or s-pass)
thru agencies.

got business why ask for take over?
rental must be dam high , lease already signed two yr.

service industry work permit should be 3 local to 1 Malaysian/NTS

The PRC Work Permit holders sub-quota is 8% of your total (local + foreign) workforce.. so u need around 11 local+foreign worker to 1 prc wp holder..

correct me if I am wrong

not so sure how they managed to hire so many.. phantom workers maybe..

My friemd say not advisable to use own name to operate the tcm clinic or reflex
as they may come under check anytime and if found to have phantom work
er not only got fine but also jail.. but how come so many tcm and spa
worker are prc and seen very few local.. really liart bo kiu.... think technically not p[ossible to emply PRC base on foreign quota as even paying the cpf contributon for 11 worker wil kill you

yes how to pay 11 worker cpf?
many shop had closed down.
dont be suprise...many are PR/ long term pass holder
can work here.

I think it is quite safe to hire phantom workers to boost the number of WP holders lah.

You don't tell, your WP workers don't tell, your phantom workers don't tell because they get free CPF money. Nobody will know ;)

when spot check, owner had to produce list of employee.
with particulars, n photo ,just like any health centre.

But all the heartland spas are doing it. Their spas only employ all young PRC girls. Tell me how they can do it leh? :confused:

thats the way they do it.

The owner of these spas own more than 1 shop, some they use Singapore and PR and do foot reflex and TCM massage (clean and proper one). Then they use the quota to open a SYT shop.

These owners got money to throw, one of them spent $140K on renovation for 1 shop and another 1 spent $200K on renovation, for a 2 years lease.
Which means in 2 years, they have to earn more than $200K, (about $8000 per month profit to pay off the renovation).

That is why most of them forbid any special services as they cannot afford to have their license cancelled before the 2 years is up.

Anyway, I felt that the customers nowadays are going for clean and proper spas. Those clean and proper ones doing well are Tang, Oriental TCM etc,
they are all very crowded.

Many of the spa owners also know one another, so if you want to start one, it is good that you are in their network. I know because I visit spas about twice a week and sometimes I chit chat with the owners.
