Any place to recommend KTV / Pub opens at 1pm?

Hi Bros,

I previously always chiong a KTV at Foch road (Bros should know which KTV) but they open only at 3pm.

Nowadays with family commitment, i need to leave at 6pm which is very short Happy hours for me.

Wondering if there is any KTV / Pub with action that open earlier?

Kindly PM me for sharing please.

Thank you in advance.
