What public hair? -_- The ones on your head or your legs? On your head, please go to the barber or hair dresser or hair stylist or do it yourself. For your legs, you can go to the waxing saloons in town or DIY too.

Just DIY. Cut till very short (less than 1 inch) using small pair of scissors - better control; the one used for cutting nose hair. Then use shaver to shave all around.
