Arrived early, but she is still not done with the customer. The counter lady served a hot Chinese tea while waiting. A plus point.

10 minutes into the massage, she suggests for another 30 minute extension. I don't have a problem with the extension because I told her earlier if need more time on the sore back, do let me know.
