The reason is simple. All the HDB shops are in the hand of HDB, no private individual owner. Hence no tn, get it

Then we slot those TN pamphlets into their mailboxes with SPECIAL printed big big on it. i think good business leh!

Compass Point got one clean massage place on Level 3. Have one massage lady with 4 or 5 massage guys. Also a store room at the back with curtain. Maybe u can ask lady to give u massage in storeroom and see wat happened :D
