Was at Peach KTV with some of my business clients last evening...it is located at Japanese Garden Rd. HH till 8.30pm, 4 jugs beer, room free...total bill about $140...after HH, it is 6 jugs for about $37 per jug...quite ex...the gals there are mostly Viet and a few PRC and Malaysian...and got mummy to parade them...got Mummy Lili to entertain us and she is quite hardworking, bringing in batch of gals after gals for us to chose...

The Viet gals are quite hiong and can strip and raba...some don't even wear panty...heard got room upstairs to do the whole package but never try as my client friend say no toilet, so not clean...

tips is $30 minimum...only different from XTD is that the gals dont auto strip but you can auto strip for them...

my friend sit with 1 19yrs old PRC mei mei....sibeh childish...we attack her and her pooh bear panty was our trophy...she has to beg us to give her back...and best part only a few strain of hair down there...still growing up stage...haha...overall quite ok place...

This place is called Lakeside KTV aka 世外桃园. There is already a thread on this place. The drinks are cheap, but the gals are quite a disappointment cos most want you to bring them to the room behind for ST then moment they sit down, and after ST the chances of them coming back to sit is very low. Also take note that gang fights is quite frequent in this place, so please take care.

try 2 times... did not like it... gers are quite chio especially some of the viet gers... some of them wants to do bj at toilet for a quick buck but i never try...

the 2nd time there was more to finish the drink... lousy mummy service in 2nd visit...

what makes me upset is after i tip the waiter who pours drinks for me the whole night which is my usual practise... the guy (different from the guy who service the drinks) who brings the bill in ask to be tipped... ok...

Before I could wait for any reply, I went there for HH yesterday to try it out myself. In Fact, just finished my posting here, my friend keep pestering me to try out the place, so go lo.

Reached there abt 4 pm and still no gers and even mummy was not around. Waited till 4.30pm, mummy came in and not long after brought in a Viet gers to sit with me. The only one at that time, chio gers with sexy dress and no bra. As my friend always like China Mei Mei therefore waited and mummy brought in the only China Mei Mei but CMI. Friend asked her to leave after 10mins. Then call for a viet girl. Should says gers are playful, allow fenching and fingering. Total I sat with 2 Viets and my friend 1 Viet and 1 Chinese.

Damaged : $193/- for 6 jugs beer include fruits and room (Both my friend and I are drinkers, that's why six jugs).
Mummy/Asst: $30/- (lili) and $20/- (dun know what name..CMI)
Gers: $40 and $30/- for mine..dun know how much my friend give tho.
Special: did not ask for it cos drank to much..however, one of the Viet ask me to go to her house, which is in Kallang..I was thinking siao ar, from jurong to kallang then come back to jurong again..did not acede to her request. Friend got a HJ from the Viet gers.
Ambience: Nicely renovated, new and clean.
RTD: yes cos it is near to my house and office...hehe

Btw, the gers there starts coming in at abt 5.30pm. I notice abt 15 Viets and 2 Chinese. Plenty of rooms but yesterday onli at most 4 rooms occupied therefore gers dun butterfly much. SH a bottle of Martel will be at $213/-.

For me I always go during happy hour and Lily is the only mummy working during HH. Heard there is another 4 mummies during standard hour but have not try any of them..

If you go during happy hour, guess there is no choice but have to stick with Lily.

They will not charge the Room Charge if you order 4 jugs of beer. a jug of beer for HH will cost you $26/-, plus the fruit at $15/- and some misc. 4 jugs will cost you abt $130 to $140/-

Tips for gals = $30 - $50, takeaway $150 (1 shot, can ask for 2), $300 whole night.

There is 4 or 5 mummy there but doesnt matter who u choose, the gals are shared.

There are many gals there, even butterfly also doesnt take a long time to come back. Sometimes the gal just have u as the only cust, whole night yours.

Avoid going on fri or sat, always full.

I would say it cheap and fun, gals are wild and i like the way they dress, easily accessible, only 1 piece on top.

They close at 2.30am but u can start at 9pm.


For HH, Martell is at $200, gals come ard 4-5pm. Ends at 9pm.

1st visit to Peach KTV a.k.a 世外桃园 last night.

It's along Yuan Ching Road, if I'm not mistaken, before Fairway club and disused Tang Dynasty Village.

Rooms were fully booked initially, but we managed to get a room after one of the pre-10.30pm crowd left. Place seems less crowded after midnight.

Was offered big room for our party of 5 because it was the only remaining room. Chivas Regal at $250 or Martell at $290 to waive room charges. Beer is $40 a jug. Room charges would be $30/hr if applicable. All nett prices.

Couches were cushy. 2 TVs; one which is a plasma (?) and the other a normal 30+". Room is reasonably well furnished.

Mummy used was Jasmine. Grumpy face when we saw her at the lobby before getting a room, but okay lah, all smiley and nice later on. Mummy Jasmine came back with about 15-20 girls. All okay looking, but few big boobs and I happened to be in a titties mood. I settled for a tall chick with boob implants; lumpy though.

Within 5 mins, one of the girl was down to only her G-string and she also took off my friend's tee. But not all the girls were equally playable. The girls do butterfly, but also sit very long in each room. I think no girl is allowed to sit more than 4 rooms.

Tipped $50 because one of our friends spoiled the market first and the other girls wanted the same. If not, would have tipped $30 only. Tipped mummy $30 and waiter Ah Hao (?) $20.

Couches were cushy. 2 TVs; one which is a plasma (?) and the other a normal 30+". Room is reasonably well furnished.

No action because they have point system and heard that they left only few point,if got caught again, they may ask to close.

Quality wise still not to average, now mostly China than Vietnam. Very quiet. I think worse than EM, no quality no action.

I heard gals will go back ard 11.30pm but customers can stay and sing until 2am. The gals will ask for the tip ard 11pm. Not sure whether issit true but no harm to try it out since you still have 1/2bottle.

Ya some of the waitress quite chio, I think they are Malaysian. Not so easy to sian becos they might watching u raba the gals, unless you are very gentleman, only seat with the gals then maybe higher chance :p

Now the only have viet gals in this place, I think all the mummy go to bird park except mummy jasmine ( the fat mummy)

Went to the bird park during hh, the place really very nice, but the quality of the gals really cannot make it, mostly from china but less than 8 viet. At the end, never choose a single gal, so go back before 9pm and proceed to Royal hotel ( former century ktv )

worth going if you are in for viets very playable now.better be fast if not...
all mummies back from bird park ktv except the CHIOS mummy NO 1.
we still prefer birdpark ktv
1.happy hours cheaper
2.new n clean nice place
3.more prc not young but playable(me old man prefer more woman type)
prc here are chios,try chuen chuen very woman
4.met 2 singers young n pretty n playable,singer here are not so $face as over at p.g
5.viets here are better also as what we see(we are not into viets)
understand both ktv same boss.
been to both ktv couple of times we still prefer birdpark ktv as for now if in jurong area.

Girls wise, mostly viets...alot quite chio... and yes, some of the waitress are pretty too.

IIRC chivas for NH is 245 or 249..HH is ~170..waitress got 2 sg ah lian, one is not bad :) Girls ah, quite a bit below average standard with occasional chio ones there..seems like business at peach is getting lesser and lesser le..

the other one by the same boss is Tian Ya Hai Jiao, near the birdpark there de..i haven't went in before, but heard its PRC>VN, pricing around the same as Peach..both dying down le, getting less and less people..

Just came back from Peach... MMS said, they are closing down either on this Friday or Saturday.

Girls were very limited tonite, max about 10 - 13 girls to pick, due to CNY drawing near...those who are working, call it a day after HH.

Anyway, all of them will be transferred to the other branch, thereafter.

Another big scale AV raid (umpteen QX and unmarked cars roving ard the front n back, two mini vans and 1 big police lorry waiting outside) yday on the joint last night though they are closing tmr.. I was told by the restuarant manager beside the joint..
