A Silly and Secretive Korean KTV

I have read a post about exclusive Korean KTV in Singapore - and i have some doubts. But, last Friday i happened to encounter one near Outram Park, and very near Keong Saih Street... What a stupid encounter!

First, i saw some girls walked in, which i think they are PROs... Thinking this might be a new venture. I went in and the deco was nice. But, what follow annoyed me.

There was a lady sitting at the counter, and i asked her for the KTV room rate. Guess what! She signalled to the waiter next the lobby, and they mumbled something, and that guy came towards me and said "this is an exclusive KTV for Korean only"...

I am boiling in my heart. Having received this rude treatment from that lady, and plus this remark from that waiter. And i replied "oh.. so what! very exclusive hor".. and walked out..

I have been to a number of KTVs in Singapore, and never received such a treatment.

Anyone been to this silly KTV??

Yes, I heard about one in Clarke Quay which is very exclusive and all MMs are Koreans. None of them can speak English. Only the Koreans enjoy. And the girls are not that chio also. Thanks

If it is, its because the songs they have are primary korean songs and the gals are korean gals that dont speak much english.

So even if they let you have the rooms and the gals you cant communicate.

Very near that store, about 4-5 shops away. And at the corner is a Coffee Shop. I can't recall the road name. Ya~ There is a SATA along this road. Hope this is helpful to you.

My friend who went there said the same thing, $50 per gal per hour, that's the minimum tip to be given. The mentality of not entertain sporean men is due to their mind set that we sg men like to squeeze neh neh hard hard, dig their cb and force them to do bj in the ktv, just like in BS. Actually, I was in a foul mood that day - i nearly Fxxx them on the spot. Well.. i always have this mentality, if the place doesn't deserve my patronisation, then i will not give a damn and let them earn my money. It is them that lose out.

Relax... look at the big picture.

Do you think it's cheap to run an establishment like this? Consider that they have to limit their clientele. This means that they're paying a dear price to treat us as low-class in our own territory.

And since they have their overhead, their clients have to shell out big bucks to use the facilities as well. They want to be high-class in Singapore, no problem. Just pay!

Our country benefits from the influx of foreign currency. What's the only disadvantage? Not being able to spend our money at one single KTV. Very big deal meh? :D

there is another korean ktv that i know of... it's on the same floor as joyful hc in chinatown square... i happen to see the girls going in to start working there... tell you the truth: i have never seen so many chio girls in one place!... they are gorgeous!...

Korean KTVs are very expensive, the gals there n u will b 1 chicken 1 duck unless u speak their language.
There r alot of overhead when u go, alot of condiments like fruits etc which will pump the charges sky hi, the gals mainly go on booking sys

Tis is jus a norm cos a session in Korea itself will set 1 back by about min 1.5-2k in USD for 3-4hrs of singing

But if u 1 2 go 4 the fun of novelty then i thk its ok 2 blow ur pocket
most important is to get a korean 2 go w u;)

The very next nite, I brought them to a local joint, we spent less than half the amount and they had more fun then in the Korean joint...each of them got 2 gals, came twice and still only 1K expanditure...less than half of the Korean joint...:eek:

hey bros. forget about this place lah, the gals are nice speak english but then.. they DRINK LIKE HORSE. 1 bottle of dont know what korean cognac (1lt) finish in 45 mins flat. total cost was about SG$1,280 lucky my client sign into his company account... hahah they actually have company account.
