1. Look for services with open contact.
2. Buy a copy of Newpaper, weekdays edition, and check the classifieds.
3. Post a thread if something you found is interesting, without info about the joint in open. And gain reputation from bros if your finding is really worthy.
4. The more you share, the more you get in return.

Remember, there is no free lunch here. You need to do some homework and spend some $$, then you will get pay off.

The problem with your question is that a 'really good massage' and 'sensual & erotic capabilities' are highly subjective. What works for me, may not work for you.

My suggestion is to take a walk around the 'centrally located' spas and go with your instinct.
