If I could add a 5th point for good customer service:-
5. Be opened to customer's suggestion. Each customer has different needs and if she can learned to meet those needs, then she will retain that customer and not lose him.

I RTF her two times a few mths back and stopped after that because when I told her to spend more time on servicing my didi, she was not willing saying it will take more time. If she could have acceded to my request and responded by saying she will then have to spend less time on other areas, it will be totally acceptable to me.
