Kalapa has apologised for his uncalled for harsh words. I feel that Pokpoklok should also apologise to Kalapa for having started this flaming.

I hope both guys could reconcile.

Kalapa should only have been zapped if he does not acknowledge his mistake. I will up Kalapa when my powers return as I have just upped another bro earlier. To zap Kalapa for this trespass, I think many more irritating "bros" deserved to be zapped first.

Thats why i am just here to share the limited knowledge i have. I just think that subagents do not have a share in the welfare and taking care of the girl. So all they do is just to find customer, pair up with the okt, and just get their share of the commission, which was translated from the customer-->gals--> okt-->subagents. So i am really just meaning that, subagents do not care about how well taken care of for the gals. They only care about making more money, getting more customers. True enough, their customer serv matters alot. But even if the customer complain to the subagent, what can the subagent do??? except apologizing? will he actually refund or offer something better like what main okts do? cos' if he do refund, he will eat into his commission, the main okt's commission as well....

The more sub agents an OKT has, the more customers he will get. The more customers he gets means the more $ the girls make. The more $ the girls make, the more girls will come work for him. You happy, she happy, he happy, everyone happy.

If the sub agent can convince a customer to part with $200 or even $1000, rightfully the commission goes to him because of his capabilities. They don't take a gun and point at you to pay $200, right ?

Now another simple example, you pay $30 for a pair of jeans in Bugis Village. But the Shop Owner pay $14 to the supplier/wholesale. And the wholesaler pay only $6 to bring in the jeans from Thailand. So is the shop owner consider cheating you where you can get it for only $6 ?

If you can buy from the original source, good for you. If you can't then you have to go through the sub-source. That's life.

Yes it is the job and responsiblities of the main man to look after the welfare.
The sub ony need to worry about bringing more customers.
The shop owner won't bother how the jeans came from Thailand nor does he concern where to store the goods. All he wants is to sell the jeans at his shop to clear the goods.
You should not worry about sub, more worrying is that the sub deals directly with the girl instead of going through the main. Meaning the shop owner just took the jeans w/o going through the supplier. That is call "stealing". :D
