Had been loitering here for years. I shall share a story about my past experiences. Story is 80% true + 20% made up for some spices.

Let's call myself D.

Past
Before D entered NS, he was a fatty that hit a 3 digit weight of 105kg. He gorged on chips , chocolates and etc. Going buffet was like a frequent routine. He never had a gf or sexual experience before.

After he joined NS, D lost a total of 25kg in BMT and started to gym regularly to keep his fitness during his unit time. He even managed to achieve silver award for his IPPT.
