If you are concerned about STDs, then nothing beats abstinance or stick to your girlfriend/spouse. Otherwise, use protection and don't indulge in activities like DATY to minimize fluid transfer. Those of us who indulge in this sort of activity must be willing to accept some risk.

There is always a risk, it all depends on your limit. Having said that, HC ladies only go for screening once when they apply for licence, not every month like in gl. Ang pai ones take at least 10 dicks a day, most at bhc also do bbbj which is also quite risky as small cuts in gums can be entry points for viruses, doesn't matter if they do cim or not as pre-cum also contain the bad viruses. Do u guys go for check ups as well?
