last time i go before this place call naughty girls in orchard tower. beside ipanema. now i don't know still have thai girls in that joint or not.

think compared to other thai theme joints, Top5 is the more expensive place.

also got cover charge.

think they "target" the farang crowd more than the local crowd.

another thing is that, i feel the dancers/singers at GM discos are better looking compared to those here.

yup, they like to go for those chubby, short but with big boobies, and abit aunty looking kind of girls.

guess its their preference..haha...

i've seen the farangs turn down stunning looking viet FL girls. I mean those girls are really cream of the crop.

but then again it may be due to their asking price.

asked them before and its like $250(local)/$300(farang) for short time, hotel not included.

The owners of Top 5 was trying to emulate the legacy of the former Top 10 which had closed doors and shifted elsewhere.

Top 10 used to be the most expensive pick up place in the whole of OT in the 90s heydays.

The Thai girls who frequented there, many were drop dead gorgeous and could tease you really well.

Those days it was common for girls asking $300-$400 for an overnight of ecstasy.

Nowadays, thai girls r hard to come by at OT. Except for dancers in Naughty girls and Top 5, hardly can you find FL Thai girls though.

Last week at Ipanema i did meet 4 Thai girls there. 2 of them damm chio.

Well with all the invasion from Viet girls and PRCs its gona be hard to get good quality thai girls cept in geylang joints. Though there are really lots of Katoeys in OT like Crazyhorse and Club Romeo...thats if u consider those girls. Many of them are really quite gorgeous too.

Sometimes with luck one may get unexpected encounters in OT :D

yup, difficult to see pretty thai girls in O.T now.

Even the ladyboys at Crazy horse are much prettier.

The dancers at Top 5 are average looking only,and most stray towards the farang crowd (because they spend more on ladies drink)

but nothing here can compare to whats to be found in LOS..hahahaha....

Been to Gossip Bar once when they just opened and acquaintance is one of the boss there. That time I saw the thai GROs cum dancers ratings range from 5.5-7/10 So-so only. Was told about 10 girls, but I saw about 6-8 only. Some are patrons but are lau chai.

But given that they just open, without live band, they will need some time to warm up to the local scene. Will only make next visit down in 2-3 months time. Hopefully by then they convert to full viet joint as what is said rather than thai joint(because thai joints getting stale and too many already)

OT got good chio ones.

Want catch swee ones in OT, must go early and see. If not go around 12 plus 1, most already taken out, left the not-so-good ones around.

This is what OT hunters always do. Me not hunter but went a couple of times and did not catch any prey because those seasoned hunters are good, I see liao, they catch faster than me. Thought wait for them finish negotiating, I can have chance as they may not pay the price the FL wants. But most often than not, the good ones will get caught. Only left those not so good ones trying to grab buttocks and tweak nipples. ;)

Seems like running Thai joints are not sure bets. Still the joints in Golden Mile are the most successful.....others cant seem to replicate their business model.

Ya I agree.....if you lucky that day then can see 1 or 2 Thais. Funny but one of the shareholders is a Boss in GoldenMile & they actually try to market this place as Thai joint :confused:

Arena was contributed by bro Historyx from another related thread......source of RCN info was from a Thai peer.....maybe info inaccurate......bros who can update or help to correct will be appreciated. :)

For Thai lovers like myself maybe as long as got some thai connection like Thai Band or GROs will be included. For example now Lookers the Viet GROs outnumber the Thais & the band plays more mandrain & hokkien songs then thai but as long as got some thai element we include it in the list. Hope that clarifies

One man's meat may be another man's poison.. so i suppose u have to make ur way down to each n every joint n check it out urself aldy... personally... i find d current bunch of GROs in TD2.. cannot really make it... Dag Thai.. i'm at lost for words.. 5555.. Jdee got ard 4 LBs if ur interested... didnt even make it up to TD1.. 555..

Strangely (for me) some customers seem to enjoy the LB's company-see one group merrily taunting them after buying them LDs.
The LB's are quite aggressive in approaching customers and I have stopped going to Jdee since they give me the creeps-will return only when they go home.
