Those freehold condo build on small patch of land located near city centre got not much access control beyond keycard lock. As long the FL give you the number to press and buzz you in, can just walk in with no problems.

Another kind of condo that has lax security are those older developments e.g. built in 80s, several blocks sprawling over large piece of land, with open space ground carparks. Those also can just walk or drive-in, the guard waves you through. At the most, say you are meeting someone for online shopping transaction.

Actually I think this one month will be a boom time for FLs/MLs/ KTV gals who are willing to go hotel.

To be clear, hotel staycations are allowed. But dining-in isn't and breakfast will be delivered to your room. I am guessing most chiongsters don't care much about the dining in and going to breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

If you have more than 2 pax per room, must prove that you are all staying at the same address (upon check-in). So gangbang and 3P are difficult to organize, but FLs and MLs who don't mind going to hotel will have lots of business.

So what you can do is to register yourself in the room and your girl just becomes your "guest". You need to vacate the room by 1030pm (for most hotels) or 10pm (some others- these are house rules so they differ from hotel to hotel) unless you plan to overnight then the girl also needs to be registered

Other than that, probably do the usual health declaration and you're good to go.

No sharing of rooms during this time, obviously.

With my wfh arrangement, I would wake up early, shower and wax my hair a little, make my trip down to mall supermarket near where I stay.

Most of the time you can sense the ladies who are currently wfh as well. How I know? I would see them walking leisurely with their trolley or basket, i.e with comfort foods like timtams, titbits or juices. I am not a pickup artist by any means but I try my luck sometimes. But from yesterday onward really can see lesser crowd in most places. Sunday was unusually quiet too.

Went to a tcm place in the late afternoon after knocking off wfh, and the ML told me that biz is quite bad with people staying away, or maybe because of the compulsory trace-together :D now enforced. The boss was at the counter making sure the scanner beeps. Can feel the atmosphere a bit tense and moody.

I'd like to tell the ML to try to stay "positive" mindset - but that's the wrong word to use now! :D

Somehow I dun think sticking to 1 place will reduce any risk in reality. Cos it's like a random curveball now.

A super popular spa that 100 visits a day might remain safe is all 100 customers are virus-free.

A very ulu spa that only sees 5 customers a day might be a dangerous spot if it so happens 1 of the 5 customers is a carrier/infected case

Just like I see the news... even a seafood restoran in Pulau Ubin can be visited by a Covid case.

So I feel it's really a matter of luck here. The only way to reduce risk is to totally abstain from all of these joints.

Anyone been or it and confirm that they do the ART test (very similar to a pregnancy test kit, you put the swab in a solution, then put 2 drops into a hole and wait for 15min, see how many lines appear - if only one line means you're OK, 2 lines means you are likely to be Covid positive

If you look at the latest KPIs - daily community infection rate, weekly community infection rate, daily unlinked community cases rate, weekly unlinked community cases, hospital rate, ICU rate, death rate...the figures actually don't look that bad and if continues in this direction I think 13th June reopening date return to phase 3 seems possible...

End of the day we just have to learn to live with Covid as it ain't going away anytime soon...also Singapore cannot survive with closed borders indefinitely...our economy needs to be open in the long term, I don't see how we can pivot away from this and survive long term, the local economy is just not big enough and don't think digitalisation on its own is enough either...

Many students had the virus last year already but weren’t tested as young people dont show symptoms. Live must go on now that all seniors/people at risk had the chance to get vaccinated. Government should also stop having every infected person in hospital given than less than 10% require medical attention. We need to manage our resources better (human capital + reserves) as we will never be virus free. A concern to me is our mental health which doesnt receive much attention. Health is not only about being physically well, having a good mental health (being positive, joyful, happy,... and a social live is as important.

I think re-open is hard mid June, if we are lucky end June or mid July, if you take example from HK, from the Dec/Jan outbreak they needed 4 months to calm things down, also for testing they also strengthen , they are currently more strict test on entry, negative then release upon entry, 5th day, 12th day, 16th day and 19th day need to test. Anyway zhenhu the contact tracing capabilities and vaccination program so much better than HK, so realistic speaking should be minimum about 2 months ba. Have to open up, economy is dying liao, now is just false economy only.Furthermore you can see zhenhu tightening the purse liao, not willing to give so much $$. Business is bad nowadays, some of my regular ML has RTC for 1 month. Those in SG takes around 0-2 customers per day. Hope all carrot shops will close down as these shops usually do not have alot of regular customers.

Government will likely open up in mid-June. Spas will be strict in TT signing in and temperature taking.

Don't worry about them. They have been enjoying happy times since phase 2 last year, as red light district remain closed and no KTV as well.

Am sure the shop boss and the MLs have built up sufficient "war chest" to last this dry period. Even total CB closure for 2.5 months last year they were happily relaxing and only complaining of boredom (note: not hunger and desperation :D)

Many shops now have been enjoying good time and raising prices till $58 or $60 per hour. The cheaper $45 rate has almost disappeared. A good time for prices to return to sane levels as customers stay away.
