I retired from the scene for a couple of years, but maintain contact from my fellow chiongster friends who are always bringing MLs/FLs to hotels so I think I can still offer some datapoints:

1. As many bros have said, no hard and fast rule. Generally, the cost is a function of how much she likes you and how much time you are taking away from her. Some datapoints, from the last one year

- ex GW Abby will go hotel if you're a regular, 800-1500 overnight. She's selective, obviously so different rates for different customers.

- ex LQ spa Mei Mei is supremely hard to book out but a bro managed to do so offering $2K one shot. He regretted the experience, not because it was expensive but because she was a dead fish.

MLs will generally go to hotel if you pay their normal hourly costs + spa entrance hourly fee but I guess this means you must first be her regular.

In the older days I always package the experience so that she will get a nice meal (perhaps a dish from her hometown, which I will procure beforehand) and a pleasant experience overall, so that the hotel fuck is a memorable one (mainly for me, but hopefully for her too).

After a few sessions, she won't treat this as an "assignment" anymore but will look forward to future sessions. Her body language will show it very clearly, if you are successful. I knew that I succeeded with a girl, when I asked her one day - shall we go eat first, or go hotel first? And she responded by grabbing my dick, Lol.

The good ones who like you charge you the rate they would have gotten at the spa and maybe plus transport if they come to you.

Some other charge you more after accounting for travel time

Unlocking the ladies in the legit spa places is a real hit and miss affair. An especially seasoned chiongster friend can upz a legit ML to go hotel and fuck raw, just because she likes him and he makes her feel like she's a normal woman being wooed.

Another chiongster friend (rather dumb) spent upwards of $10K on handbags, shoes and gifts.....and never even got to hold the girl's hand. In his defence, when I was young and stupid I made a similar mistake too.....

Viet girl pricing is generally more standard. Pre-covid used to be 300ST, 500 ON but now higher because the mummies act as OKTs and want a cut of $100 for every girl they arrange. Obviously, the girl won't want to take $200 for the same job so now generally $100 higher than last time.

I know some Viets who charge really premium rates, $800 to $1000 for short-time and they are super selective of their clients.

Some girls are just not suited for the KTV life. An old ex-ML I know well, 小白 from 139 Jalan Besar previously did KTV for a few months, on and off but she always ended up back in the shop. Some other KTV gals I know also end up doing more or less full-time FLs, or if they speak good English then FL at higher-end places like Brix where they can try and get a clueless and horny ang mo for $500/pop.

Being drunk every night and still having to remember which room to collect tips from, and coping with the hangover the next morning is not a nice way to live life. Some gals would rather service customers for 120-150 per pop and once in a while go to nice hotels to be dined and fucked. The girls are professional - they know the market is segmented - if you have a language advantage then may as well sell your services higher and cater to a different market.

Firstly, don't assume all ML will be willing to go hotel. Many ML i visited told me, if they can make a decent living providing HJ, why need to go hotel and risk being caught and seen by their customers? And by decent, i meant up to 6-7k a month just by giving HJ with a bit of roaming. (50 x 4 x 30)

Secondly, if ML is young and pretty, they would know how to "hang up to sell" and make it worth her while. There will be no short of suitors and if you think you can offer $500, there will be others who will be willing to offer $800, $1000.
