Same due to my work I do compulsory ART on Monday and PCR on Wednesday everyweek. From feeling irritation to now I'm like numb to the swabs

False comfort. If you learn to read the leaflet that comes with the ART kit, you will understand that the test works only if your viral load is sufficiently high.

So even if you caught Covid, right after the session is the wrong time to test. Covid needs time to replicate within your system, and only when the virus is sufficiently established then you can be detected as positive through the ART

It is also worth understanding 2 other things - false negatives and specificity. Every ART kit has these 2 numbers listed, usually the false negative rate is 1 in 500 ( 2 in 1000, or 0.2%) and the specificity is 98% meaning 2 in 100 tests will come back negative, but you are actually positive.
