I had personally tried Minyak Lintah Tapa. The result really not bad but i did not follow thru with the whole treatment cos very troublesome as you have to massage you bro twice daily for a few weeks continuously. Once in the morning & once before you sleep. There is instruction in the package to show you how you massage the little one & it have to be erected when you massage. There are total 5 to 6 steps with many repetitions.

The result is the little one is much stiffer (even when ejaculated) & can last longer.

Got it from mama shop at desker road. Cost ard $12 to $15. Black packaging.
