Article 90 defines consent and states

If she is under 18 years old, under Penal Code 224 376B.
—(1) Any person who obtains for consideration the sexual services of a person, who is under 18 years of age, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 7 years, or with fine, or with both.

(2) Any person who communicates with another person for the purpose of obtaining for consideration, the sexual services of a person who is under 18 years of age, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years, or with fine, or with both.

Bro,

If this girl is from irc, you should have you conversation log somewhere in your pc. You can get it out and show it to the police if "her parents" really report to the police and this will proof to the relevant authority that it is a "deal done" agree upon both parties. So, you will not be charge rape.

Erm.... I got an idea, TS will ask her out for another session in his car again, thereafter, we then cater a bus and arrange 30 samsters to follow closely behind him.Upon reaching the location, 30 samsters will alight the bus and surrond TS car.
