Hotel 81 Kovan has short time rate?

wanna know if kovan 81 provides any short time charges.. and if possible the rates for it/ thx :D

The whole of Hougang, Serangoon, YCK....nearest place is there only loh. At first, I tot quite dumb to build there but wow, business damn good.:D

Kovan H81 is very crowded especially at peak hours at nite. Got experience to wait around 30 minutes. As for charge is $20 for 2 hours and exceed more then 5 minutes you will be charge additional $10/hour.

Hotel 81 Chinatown (opp Chinatown point) charges $30 for 2 hrs. Same as Hotel 81 Bencoolen. That is Y they are never crowded. Hotel 81 Kovan like many other 81 hotels charges $20 for 2 hrs - That's why they are always crowded - U pay $10 less.

Bro forumer, K81 got very limited lots, if you don't mind walking can turn in 2 streets before K81, the road side at the private residential place is free.

You can park at Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre too. Rates quite ok. There got a lot of space. u want to anyhow park also can...:rolleyes:
