Just back from GL and my regular OKT has confirmed that PRC gals have arrived and started. There are 2 different pricing systems. For those stationed together with the exisiting GL150s, they will be priced at $150 and with the same time limit as the malaysian gals. There will be another type which run like the Thai joints, and they are rumoured to be pricing at $100 with the same time limit as the Thai gals.

Bro, the OKT trying to smoke u lah, chinese gals (or evey guys) wish to work overseas dont need china approval at all....there is no need to inform their government why they need to travel or what they want to do when overseas. For me, i think this legalisation of PRC is probably due to the IR opening rather than the govt trying to solve the problem.

1. With IR, more vice will come - if you have been to macau casinos you will know what i mean. So regulating geylang might pave the way for regulation of vice in other areas.

2. Personally, unless the houses can match say $60 - $80 per bonk per 30/40 mins, the problems of street walkers cannot be solved. If houses can go till $60/shot/ say 30-40mins with decent services while continuing to operate with profitability, yes streetwalkers will be gone.

Also, i have been to china and over there, you can get a quite pretty girl for ON at 300RMB (around $60sgd) and the girls take only around 200rmb per night. They make an average of $500RMB per day if they stay in china. So assuming out of $60/transaction, assuming the girl makes half of that ($30/transaction), if they can get 10 customers in a day, they can make $6k - $8k SGD per month.
