Sengkang and Punggol mostly nothing. Hougang and Kovan mostly $88 shops. Upper Serangoon onwards have more and Geylang have a lot. Jalan Besar, Bugis and Beach Road have a handful.

Second the reviews on rela. Haven't found anything in the Sengkang area myself. BLC is really the worst. Generally everyone there keeps asking for more money for even a simple HJ.
