I think got many reasons to PCC thou attached.
1) Wish to satisfy your urge of fucking around or that particular woman but only satisfy them in ur mind. Hence u fantasies and PCC
2) Wanna go fuck around but not enough cash to do so.
3) U find your partner not as attractive as before.
4) You just wanna discharge, and not go through the whole process of making your partner happy.
