The only comfort I have is every morning wake up my didi also wake up with me.

Go for a check up on your testerone level (ie,hormones)...Men after age 30 will generally face a decline in this without knowing. If it falls to a low level, your risk of getting diabetes is very high, no joke...;)

I think you need to 'excite' yourself sometimes....
Try reading some adult literature/stories etc.....I think it also depends on what sort of video you are watching...maybe you watch your collection so many times until there's no effect......Try getting new stuff and see

I think u r either too stress or bored with the usual stuff... U need a change!
Try something new instead of the usual sexonly . Maybe u and partners can dress up & play pretend. I went a similar stage too when i just found sex boring. I told my CO & guess what next day she was dressed up in her school uniform and sex was power again.... she now dress up regular to keep the sex exciting & fun...

Bro Ah Keong
A few points to try and help you.
1) We cannot be superstuds all the time. This could simply be a phase your bidy is going through caused by lots of different things - stress, lack of sleep, things like that. Try not to worry too much and wait and see if this is only temporary.
2) If the problem persists, look to your overall health, diet and lifestyle: are you overweight? Underweight? Do you eat healthy stuff? Do you exercice regularly? Bad diet, poor exercise habits and excess consumption of alcohol can lead to a lower sex drive.
3) If you do generally lead a healthy lifestyle but still notice that your sex drive has declined, you might be suffering from low testosterone levels. Testosterone or Test (which is a hormone produced by your testicles) peaks between the age of 27 and 35 and declines thereafter. A very simple blood test by your GP can reveal whether this is the case. If you DO suffer from low Test levels, your doc can prescribe hormone replacement therapy (HRT). This is NOTHING to be ashamed of. Lowering Test levels are quite common from the age of 35 onwards and can accelerate after 40. (In today's Straits Times' Mind Your Body, there is a feature on this.)
4) There may be a more serious illness causing this and only your GP will be able to determine the cause. Don't suffer in silence. Go and see him. There is NOTHING to be embarrassed about - he will have heard it ALL before.
5) Your doc may determine that there is nothing wrong with either your overall health or your Test levels and will thus not be able to do anything for you. However, by increasing your Test levels through supplementation and exercise - particularly weight training, you can increase your sex drive.
IF you want to go the supplement route, don't waste your money on Tongkat Ali or those Tribulis supplements they sell in GNC. They DON'T work. Instead, google a product called 6 OXO by a company called Ergopharm. You can buy it over the internet and take it one month on, one month off. Follow the instructions to the letter and it will get your testicles producing more Test for you. But ONLY follow this procedure AFTER you have tried out options 1 to 4 above.
Hope this helps.

Im in my mid 30s liao
bro, I am 40 next year. I am still able to response to sex.
I had in some point of life concern about my erection problems and discovered that stress and anxiety over problems in life, and diet are associated with our sexual capability. I learn to managed them better and with excercise, I am good again.
Also, you can never have too much sex. So dun go thinking it is the cause.
If you are in a relationship and feel pressure to perform, pm me. But I cant help you on the emotional aspect of things

I would like to thank my brothers that response to my thread in giving me the encouragement and advise.
I used to face this problem before due to work stress but was easily overcome after I adjust mentally and my didi can bounced back. But for this time round, it has been like months due to really not in the mood to fuck. For my bros information, I am currently single.
Last time go gelyang, never missed an opportunity to make my didi happy, or when I free I sure will go "happening" in any massage palor or the "kian" to go niteclub; but now I would just give all these a miss.
Really worrying for me because my sex life has gone.
Hehe...wonder if bro DehOne is a doctor for your knowlege, but I think I follow your advise. Thanks

it could b due to stress. i was in the same situation last yr when faced with possible retrenchment, money problem, child problem, in-law problem and possible law suit.
when all these solved 1 by 1, my little bro starts to wake up stages by stages.
i realise tat man tends to screw better when no stress n the pockets are full of cash. my humble opinion. :p
Bro I'm in my 30s too. Agreed Mr Happy has been grumpier since, but I noticed more excercise and better diet rich in irons and taking vitamins helps. Though still, wished I've bonked more when I was a teen. lol..

Bro Ah Keong, based on what you have said that you didi would stand every morning when you wake up has proofed that you didi is fine. As for low sex drive may be you are either too stressed at work or you have overdone with sex and hence normal sexual activity cannot stir your interest.... Try another type of sex... like bondage sex etc, may be can spike up your interest again.
Just my 2cent of suggestions and hope that this can help you in getting rid of your low sex drive.

Personally I won't advise resorting to this method, unless both parties are willing to try. Has anyone seek help from TCM?
