Im in the hotel industry. I have seen many different types of ppl. . Unreasonable requests/complaints and self entitled mentality individuals. They can be from PRC, Asian, European, American, Aussies....all sort of nationality. Even some Locals are fucked up. So I do disagree to pinpoint just one nationality.
