Came across this article which is interesting.
https://www.channelnewsasia.com/singapore/man-offered-2-sex-worker-instead-agreed-fee-jailed-3885491
In short, Man paid $2 instead of the tacit agreed fee of $700 to aus FL.
Aussie FL actually went to Aus High Commission and Project X to understand her rights and make a police report.
Prostitution is legal in some Aussie states so she maybe more aware of rights.
If you agree a fee for a service and do not pay for it, it will be a dishonestly obtaining service crime, which the man was charged and jailed for 36 months, repeat offense as it is.
He was jailed 32 months the first time he tried the stunt.
There was no soliciting implications on the part of the FL as she was approached by the man rather than actively looking.
I wonder if the dude has an Impulsion Disorder.
Why would someone be like,
"Hey, it did not work the first time and I was jailed, maybe it will work this time."
I wonder if he will be thinking of maybe 3rd time lucky when he is released.
At least there was no violence involved.

I did heard worst stories before of guys who fucked and dumped FL without paying before....
One Filipino girl shared with me when I was Dubai that one of her friend was engaged by 2 Middle Eastern Arabs. They drove to the dessert and after doing the deed, they dumped the girl on the road - out of no where
In Dubai, the girls can't go to court to seek justice. They just have to suck thumb and take the loss.
Doing this kind of work is very risky. Some guys are just fuckers - literally.

To those FL, WL or Masseuses, Singapore is the one of the safest & secure for themselves to put up for sale their bodies. :D
Good money to earn in Singapore. $700 to engage the Australian as reported.
$50 or more for hj and etc.
Of course "once in a blue moon" they do encounter "insane customer" looking for a free "service".

Many people always ask this question and this is the most assured correct answer: Paid sex for and by adults is not illegal in SG. But soliciting and advertising services is.
The ozzie FL may be lucky that she did not specifically advertise her services in SG, just said she is on holiday, otherwise then she'd get into trouble for soliciting.
She definitely knows her rights and double checked with embassy and ngo before making a police report. But i bet she won't get compensation for the loss of income, only the satisfaction of punishing that errant customer.

I think you are missing the whole point here. The facts according to the CNA article is:
1) The Aussie woman is a known prostitute, In fact she has her own website for her escort services
2) She did advertise on her site that she is "touring" singapore, a synonym for working in singapore. The Mat did not just contact her out of the blue. Her advertising her availability was what prompted him to do so.
3) She entered singapore on a visitor visa. Not licensed as a prostitute. And certainly with the intention to work and earn money in singapore. Hence she in violation of her visa already. Right there, she should have been charged and would have been if she was not an angmo
4) This is a civil case at best. There was an agreement for services provided and implied monetary compensation amount agreed of $700. One party broke the contract by not agreeing to pay. The party providing the service was not legally authorized to do so. So in fact, the performance of the service should have been voided on account of this fact. SO, can a person be obligated to pay for a service that was not legal in the first place?
That's why the sub-header in the CNA article is weird.
States that the woman was on "holiday" i.e. tourist visa, but in the same breath says she charges $700 an hour :D

On a side note here, since this is a Sex forum, I have to say the prices for Angmo pussy is outrageous. $700 for a 30+ year old Aussie? That is like borderline MILF and want to charge so much. WTF. Sinkies got too much money and not enough brains.
10 years ago, I used one bro called Roger. He advertised on Craigslist and had a site on weebly for his girls. He brings them in from Ukraine, Russia, Poland, etc. Also had some authentic Jap girls. I patronize him quite a bit. He puts them up in a nice hotel, one girl to each suite. Not like those Thais or Tiongs that squeeze 4-5 girls in a flat or condo. I remember I fucked one of his Ukrainian girls, 21 years old, SYT, slim, look like a model, and great body. I think I paid $150-$180. Now its almost 5 times more for a 30+ Aussie with a lousy attitude in just 10 years. It's cheaper to buy a airplane ticket to Columbia or Argentina and fuck angmos there.
Just my rant.
Some people put angmo women on a pedestal so are willing to pay that much. And since people will pay that much why not charge that much? These people raise the price for everyone

Its CNA lah. Part of the Prostitute Press. In the PAP world, angmors are lumber one. They can never do anything wrong and there is a different rule for them. Local peasants are sway, and everything is against them. ANd local malay peasants are lagi sway. The fact that she already agreed to get paid $700, and her profession is prostitute, any one with 10 IQ points can see that she is working. And not on holiday. I wonder which part of this logic escaped the judges attention. and I wonder why Police never press charges. And i wonder why ICA never detained her. And also why DPP never open case on her. But hey, people say got no corruption in singapore what.
No corruption because everything swept under the carpet. Especially in GLC, even if you want to report corruption case, the big boss will stop you from doing so. That's why stinkapore is so "clean".

I cannot abide by not paying for sex service, so it don't matter to me how the guy is punished for it, as long as he does not get away with it.
I wonder if the dude has an Impulsion Disorder.

As above, which is what I am primarily curious on.
The payoff, even if he got away with it, was definitely not commensurate with the outcome if he got caught, which he did.
Yet still couldn't resist.
And then theres 3 other guys, a 24 year old willing to deceive his family of money for his married 49 yr old gf.
And 2 of them(35 and 39 yrs old) willingly giving money even when they found out that they were being catfish with fake photos.

So what the fuck, why would they fall for a con knowing it was a con ?
Are they Samsters ? Do they know of SBF ?
Would they still have fallen for it if they were ?
Are these gullible guys just at the other end of the spectrum ?
Or are they a result of being sheltered/controlled too tightly by the system ?
Can only shake head and wonder.

How many unpaid sessions this fucker have gotten before he got caught?
Is he the same person from photos CSI-ed by few OKTs in the past and also I think one allegedly a week before the 'Aussie Tourist' incident.

Project X has the ones that gt reported to them. The unreported ones also do have, prob. Foreign FLs are more worse, cos they also risk being deported if they do report
