Pick up a hobby: board games, trading card games or sport.
Channel your extra energy elsewhere. Can start running or gym (go for trial and get a coach). Personal improvement/enrichment. Running by yourself is not going to be easy, engaging a coach or find some friends to do the activities would be great. Can encourage each other too.

I was also addicted at one stage (twice a week) till i gradually cut down till twice a month.
U are single so no kids and I assume u dont have to take care of your parents yet (ie care for them physically).
Hence u have more time on hand, and it’s about making better use of your time.
Setting up multiple accounts and managing your money that way as mentioned helps a little, but the main thing is your mindset.
If u are into fitness, besides just training in the gym, u can join a crossfit class and be involved in their community etc. Then hang out with these social groups after work or on weekends. These groups should include a good ratio of females too. So u can lead a normal social life involving the opposite sex which should negate your desire to be touched and fondled by them all the time as you will view them as sexual commodities less.
If u aren’t into fitness, u can apply the same principle to other areas of interests too (except chionging).
I get a sense u don’t hang out much with people since u go massage 6x a week, since it means u likely go almost every night after work plus on weekends as well. So recalibrating this aspect of your life should help you cut down the frequency. And eventually turn it into something u are not dependent upon. I used to be somewhat like u too. Now I only go maybe twice a month when I am free and feel like it. All the best

Many groups on facebook and a w eekend run session will eat up half a weekend day if you include the post run makan and socialising (which you can well-afford the time as you are single). Can't help much, but if you think of alternatives to spending $2800 a month..

1) first, I really salute that at age 38, you can cum 5 days a week and not feel drained

2) if you think about what can you buy with $39k for a year - maybe you would be able to moderate and spend on other things that are longer lasting. For example, invest $1k a month and get to retire abit earlier, go BKK a few times a year ($8-10k for 4 trips annually, includes mongering), be filial son and bring parents to a short holiday. If you save 70% of what you been spending, maybe enough to do a downpayment for a private property in 1 to 2 years time (assuming you already have 200k in your bank acc and cpf OA combimed)

3) cheaper alternative - go geylang, spend $100 for 40min session at 1832 or 1838 who tend to have prettier girls. You can tell them you want just massage and hj, b2b massage, or straight up FJ. A short intro about myself, i am 38 years old this year and Single. I just did a calculations on my expenses from last year 1 June 2023 till today, 15 June 2024. I have spent a whopping $39,800 just on massage and tips to the ML as I have been visiting Spas for at least 5 times a week. The most I have went in a week is 6 times. I have to admit I am a sucker for chio MLS working in Cat 1 Spa. Cat 1 Spa usually charges more for entrance, typically $89 or $96, or even $108. Each visit I will spend $139 ($89+$50). One week I will spend a minimum of $695, as I visit 5 times a week. In a month, I will be spending $2800. So in 1 year, based on the calculations, I have spent a minimum of $33,600 ($2800x 12). But my spending have exceeded that of about $6000 which means there are times I visited more than 5 times a week or I have given them more than $50 tips.

I knew for myself it is an addiction. But I want to stop it now, if not when? This $40k can be used for better things but I'm just too foolish. I am tying this post as I just ended my session in one of the Spa in Yishun. Any bros managed to quit the scene and willing to help me?
