The spa booking experience was positive. The process was smooth even though I responded slowly due to my work schedule, and the staff accommodated this without issue. Despite being 30 minutes late due to traffic, the receptionist reached out proactively and offered options to reschedule or cancel, demonstrating excellent customer care. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and received a complimentary beer. I appreciated that the receptionist’s English was good and that all necessary information was provided clearly.

The therapist selection was limited, with three options, but all therapists were attractive and professional. The massage room was cozy, fresh, and fully equipped, and the therapists were attentive, assisting with a shower and delivering a satisfying massage. Overall, I was pleased with both the service and the facilities and felt well taken care of throughout my visit.

Legit! No regrets travelling over 40 mins. Was a pity I went close to closing time and even then the staff and lady treated me super well. Will return when I have the chance.
