If I marry a Vietnamese on work permit who is about to be deported, can she return?
 

Genuine feeling involved. Yes, I may be being used but I don't think so. And even if I am, I'm thinking the marriage doesn't cost me much?

My concerns are more so:

- If I choose to do it, I'm guessing I will need to apply for MOM's approval to increase the chances of her being able to return to SG?

- Even if I do so with approval, does anyone know what are the chances of her being allowed to return to Singapore if the offence is drug related (consumption & possession)?

Drug offender will be hard but i know from an agent that an ex hooker managed to get an ipa despite bring blacklisted. Your sponsor will need to be very wealthy to have a higher chance of getting the approval.
