Painful urination

Visited ML 8 days ago. She used a massage gun to massage my penis and then gave me a HJ release. Now it's painful when I urinate for 2 days already. I'm worried I got a STI/UTI. What should I test for? What's the best way to get tested for STI/UTI. Please advise bros, I am very worried

Re: Painful urination

if you have no other STI symptoms then what u describe.. i dont think you have a STI.. UTI is a very common cause for dysuria and my bet will be on that..

drink loads of water and see if the symptoms improve.. go see a GP if symptoms get worst e.g fever, pain in abdomen area etc..
request for a urine culture and kidney function test to rule out kidney stones.

btw how old are you? if you are 45 and above, go do a PSA test as well...

No other symptoms.. will drink more water and hope it gets better. Otherwise will consult GP, thank you.

Should I do STI test just in case?

Under 45 but good advice about doing PSA test will do asap.

What other symptoms to look out for. Mine not really painful urination, but the tip of my penis one side like feels sore. No visual anomalies.

Mine also one side feels more sore than the other. Could it be STI?

Common symptoms you should look out for includes fever, blisters, bumps, open sores or discharge.... if there isnt then it could be just a case of minor injury cause by fiction or allergic reaction

Inflammation like thrush and bacterial infections can also cause soreness..

although i dont think it is necessary, at least for now...

however if it give u a peace of mind then go for it.. do take note of the window period though.. Also if i remember correctly, in sg the normal health screening test only includes testing of VD (syphilis)..so dont bother to do that.. Go to DSC or a clinic which specialise in sexual health.

When u wake up in the morning, before u pee, press your dick head to check for discharge, if there is any coloured discharge, then confirm STI or STD.

Normal clear and slimy discharge is our love juice hence don’t worry.

No other symptoms so far. Tested for Chlamydia and gonorrhea and it's negative. No real pain, just occasional discomfort at the tip of the penis. Previously can feel one side of the glans sore/raw, now less obvious.

U reckon going dtap see doctor is the right place to go? Maybe test for UTI or something?
