First of all, best is to refrain from BBBJ, cause although HIV risk is lower than doing raw sex, still have risk of contacting other STDs. Use a condom even for BJ.

secondly, please do not scrub your dick. Scrubbing wont help much in irradicating bacteria, and instead, you will cause breaks of skin, providing entry for STDs and HIV.... For washing, please use anti-bacterial soap and wash gently. If you really want to, dip your dick into dettol (ok, this part half joking, no evidence to show that dettol helps).

According to my friend who is a doctor (also a player),
Always use CONDOMS for BJ AND FJ....
wash with BETADINE solution (goggle it and you find why)

Just my 2 cents..Dude, its never safe with a FL. You can wear a CD, but there is still a chance that you can kena STD.

Other tips. After protected FJ or protected BJ or even BBBJ, always try to urinate. Helps to clear your urinary tract. I always try to have protected BJ n protected FJ. Wipe the base of your condom, it's near the base of your dick too, with tissue paper after u ejaculate. Just in case any pussy juice gets onto the base of your dick. Play safe, play happy. Thanks.

Ya opting for bj will reduce the risk of STD but it is still not 100% protection
