Bro, I stay in Thailand more than 1 year liao.
All I can tell you is that the supply > demand max!
The tourist place all very commercialized like shit, and it's not accurate of what is really like here.

If you go to local scene, it is totally different game bro.
The whole pub no customers, can be like that the whole night.

Mostly the girls can't speak anything other than Thai. There are girls in their 20-40s from local and Laos.

The prices are like this:
Sit down with you drinking, sing song, $10 first hour, $5 second hour.
Beer: $5 per bottle
Just bring them go out eat $10 bufffet already very happy liao.
