All houses ok with Paynow except L16H69.

L16H69 only take cash. But many still go there because it's the best rate.

Two weeks ago I visited and asked and L16H69 had paynow qr code.

Technically they have Paynow, but it's to their private bank account, not a company account. Multiple people paying to their Paynow account everyday has caused their private account to be flag as money laundering before, so now they just tell people no Paynow.
